I received a text message from my local radio station 93X (93.7FM) at 11:02A.M. It said "Hear NEW PEARL JAM, 'Brother' on 93X RADIO. pls fwd>spons> Meet Hinder and Theory of a Deadman at Roseville Best Buy TODAY 2:30-4:30pm". So I was like, I enjoy Theory of a Deadman. I've got to go. They are one of the few bands I actually own all the albums for and I like there music.
I got there around 12:30P.M. and the bands showed up around 3P.M. Rockstars are timely. There was maybe 150 poeple there to see Hinder. I was not one of them but my graphing blood told me I had to get something. This Best Buy had a music store and I bought a drum head.
I was able to go through the line three times if I had enough things to get signed but I scored some pictures with the band instead. The Hinder manager didnt like that but both bands were very cool with me and everyone. Signing shaking hands and photos ops. It was pretty sweet. Theory of a Deadman went shopping around the store and I was able to ask the singer (Tyler Connelly) why the band hasn't done Rock Band. He said that his label (Roadrunner Records) is in a lawsuit with Rock Band. He personally would love to do Rock Band. So settle the lawsuit already. The bands left about 4P.M.
