NEW ACTIVITIES

Look new stuff!! j/k Im working on it though 03/04/04

Well- as you all may have noticed, I have added some things to the website. Search around an you will find it. The most obvious is the pop up window when you come to the site. It will give you the skinny on the latest events. (It is also my way of being lazy). So look at the new pics (files are big right now, please wait for them to load, I will fix later), calander, and sign the book.

Oh yea, dont correct my spelling and grammar. Again I say I am lazy.

Hey Now every buddy- You may have noticed that this site looks a little different. Well, it does! I got bored at Scout Camp (Philmont) and BAAAMMMMM!!! You have most of this site. Most of what I want isnt layed out yet but it will get there. I got lots of new pics and still more to come. Still looking for a new background and if a crew member wants they can email me a funny camp story or something to put on these pages. I will get a schedule of events of for the new year as soon as it is planned.

Our Venture Crew now has 20 members, 16 female and 4 male, with 8 registered adults. Average age of the youth is 17. Some highlights from this past year included 2 days of sailing on Lake Pepin with Captain Bob. (thanks Bob).We backpacked on the Superior hiking Trail between Castle Danger and Gooseberry Falls Park. New pictures of the OCTOBER 1999 backpacking. (Dec. 31, 1999)
Several crew members have had opportunities in past years to go to Florida Sea Base, Spearhead Winter camp, and Philmont. Several crew members want to work on skiing and snowboarding this winter. So we are looking forward to some snow.(Here? in Minnesota?) If you are interested in joining a crew or starting your own crew, contact your local Boy Scout Council office. Venturing is growing tremendously fast across the country.
